BAD SERVICE DELIVERY

Our company which is situated in the industrial area of Brits North West have been battling for 8 months to have Telkom do something about the congestion that the ADSL exchange in our area is experiencing. We have had ADSL specialists FROM Telkom here stating that our ADSL exchange is old and EXTREMELY congested but there are NO CURRENT PLANS to upgrade the exchange. This is BAD service. We spend R8000 a month on your services and we are getting NO SERVICE. The new Brits Mall is located 1.4km from us and they too have been complaining but Telkom does ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to fix the poor service delivery problems in our area!!! We can't even run a reliable 1 mbps speed in our area but other areas have already got 40 mbps fibre optic??? (Our exchange only supports 4mbps... should be more like only supports 0.3 kbps - if you are lucky!!) BAD TERRIBLE SERVICE TELKOM!! YOU SHOULD BE UTTERLY ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES!
The ADSL exchange is still using the old Marconi switches, I mean, really???
