I have had this issue previously where my account has not been credited with the 1000 free smses that is part of my contract. This problem is STILL NOT FIXED!!! I have had no money on my phone since Tuesday and have had to reload using my own money. This is NOT part of my contract. PLEASE FIX THIS PROBLEM ONCE AND FOR ALL!!!
