I have had a problem with my account whereby my 1000 free smses are not loaded. This has happened before. An individual did contact me after my last complaint, she loaded my phone with R100 airtime to use until the problem was fixed on Monday. While I do appreciate this the problem does not seem to be fixed. When I check my balance it seems I am still being charged for my smses. This has been going on for over a week and I am really getting fed up with the lack of competence.
