Virgin Mobile contract problem

I received a phone call a while back from a virgin rep telling me about renewing my contract with them as mine had finished. I agreed on a samsung galaxy pocket phone and to renew the contract. I am paying the same amount as per the original contract and with myfirst contract with virgin mobile I received 1000 smses for the same price I am currently paying. Why am I paying the same amount per month without the 1000 smses that I used to receive? I would never have taken this renewal if I was told about the taking away of the sms bundle every month! I want my smses back asap and I want a refund for all the smses I now have to pay for. I need a phone call to rectify this matter asap otherwise I have to take this matter further.
