8ta Contract a DISAPOINTMENT

I took a Smart Plan 250 contract with a Sumsung S4 about 4 months ago. This contract consists of 250 call minutes, 500mb all network data and 5gig of Telkom data. Each month I only get 700mb of all network data and no Telkom data. I pay R200 more than I'm supposed to pay and get less benefits. I contacted 8ta Hatfield about this problem and they said it's a problem on their side. They gave me multiple case numbers as they said they will fix this issue. They promised me that this issue would be fixed on the 1st of December and then they gave me a new case number and said it will be fixed on the 1st of Jan 2014. This problem is still not fixed and nobody of 8ta phones me back. I tried to call their call centre but even they can't fix it. They keep telling me that it would be fixed. I don't get any response from them. And to even proof my statement I have voice recorded conversation between me and the manager (Hatfield) which states that the problem is on their side and it would have been fixed long before now.
