RENEWAL ACTUALLY A DOWNGRADE!!!

I have 3 contracts with Virgin Mobile and will definitely move my contracts as soon as they finish!! Recently I was called to renew my contracts with them. A renewal to me means renew on the same terms as previously. Apparently they did notify me that instead of the 1000 free SMS's that I received in the past, I will now only get 50!! On my billing, the contract details are still for 1000 free sms's, but after 50, Virgin Mobile starts to bill you for SMS's. tHEREFORE, PLEASE BE AWARE IF YOU ARE A VIRGIN MOBILE CUSTOMER: THEY CATCH NEW CUSTOMERS THIS WAY TO GET YOU, BUT DONT RENEW YOUR CONTRACT AS THEY THEN DOWNGRADE YOU TO 50 FREE SMS'S!!!
