Friday, 16/07 ordered upgrade to iPhone 5 (black). Saturday phone to ask to change colour to white iPhone. Also specifically asked for courier company to phone before delivery. Tuesday, courier company at house, 10 minutes out but they not willing to wait, will come back tomorrow. Wednesday receive iPhone 5 - BLACK! Charge phone for a day, phone call centre to activate iPhone 5. Friday phone call centre, phone still not active; assured it will be within 24 hours. Saturday phone, again informed 24 hours. Sunday informed the sim they sent was already allocated to another phone, must go in for sim swop again. Monday go into Autopage for sim swop, will be activated within 24 hours (prioritised request). Tuesday 10h00 phone call centre - same story. Go to Autopage only to be told second sim was rejected by Vodacom! Person at Vodacom has the cheek to ask why not just phone them instead of coming in? Response? How since you already terminated previous simcard on Blackberry Monday! Phone still not active. FRUSTRATED, UPSET, POWERLESS! But hey on the upside, Autopage you have me for the next 24 months, so I guess put up and shut up we will get to you in our merry time.
