I give up on MTN

My cellphone no was deactivated, I called MTN on the 22nd February and until today I havent received any help. I called MTN on the 22nd Feb and the consultant I spoke to told me my no will be reactivated after 7 days. 7 days later the no is still deactivated, I called MTN (808) and I was told that the no will be working in 2 hours, 2 hours later the number was still inactive. I called MTN again and they told me that the consultant that was resolving my query did not RICA the no and it will be active in the next 2 hours, but it wasnt. I then called MTN the following day and I was told that a technician is working on this and it should be resolved in 2 hour, but NOTHING. I called MTN again yesterday and I was told that the problem was sent to the network people because on their side the no was active but on my side the phone still showed SIM not provisioned:2 and when I called the no it said the number does not exist on the MTN list. I have been trying to get through 173 this morning and for the past 2 hours its either the call is dropped when I press zero to be transferred to a consultant or "all our consultants are currently busy, please hold the line".
