On the 4th of October I went for My upgrade at Mtn in Alexandra Pan Africa, the consultant assisting Me did not know the product and did not give Me correct information on the sim card that was compatible for the phone that I was upgrading to. I spent two days with a phone that was not active, I then went to mtn at Balfour Park to get a sim swap to the micro LTE sim but that consultant did not register the sim swap but accepted payment. it's been 96hrs now since My upgrade and the phone is STILL NOT ACTIVE!!
