My sister got me a bb9360 on contrackt but it had some problems after taking it to westgate and the employee there relouding software it still wass freezing took it back to key west and it got send to midrand repair centre after about two months not getting my handset back i went to 14 ave to complain they send me to midrand to collect what i thought to be a new phone but it was a refurbished phone the phone started getting dots over the screen and would not charge properly so wen i went to pay kyle said there is no loun phone will call me in a week and bertha the same the next month wen i went to complain and the next so almost 4 months again down the line i went to midrand repair centre myself after a wait of two hours i got informed that they gonna charge me 2800 for a new phone as the charging unit was damaged and that does not fall under the warranty so i rejected the quote and wanted my phone then they gave me the phone back not working at all, so i went to 14 ave to complain i just got the same story from sara naidoo asking to speak to a manager all i got is the manager is in a meeting where they forever are mtn gave me a faulty refurbished phone why not a new one.!!!
