In September 2012 I took a phone on contract with MTN and now in April the phone crashed, I then took my phone to my nearest MTN shop which is in greenstone shopping centre.
I phoned the repair centre and they told me my phone has been dispatched back to MTN Greenstone but its a refurbished phone. How can you give me a refurbished phone if my phone is not even 8 months old? I would like a new phone as my phone never had problems and this software upgrade was the first.
I pay MTN R389 per month for this contract and I think I deserve either my old phone as it was with new software or a new phone otherwise I will cancel both my MTN contracts and move to CELLC or VODACOM
