I took my phone to the mtn repair centre in midrand on the 21/01/2014 because my camera was faulty, the lady that booked in my phone then said they will quote me to fix my camera because my screen was cracked which I was fine with. I phoned mtn because the quote had not been sent the next day nd the lady had said in 24hrs. They then told me that I was quoted R3100 to fix my camera naturally I went crazy when I went to pick up the phone because its a lot of money. I was told that I was quoted that amount because they will not fix the phone they will give me a refurbished phone. I spoke to the supervisor who then said he will get the manager to call me on the 23rd January 2014 till today 28/01/14 the manager has not called me. Can mtn please fix my CAMERA as I don't want a refurbished phone as im not willing to pay that ridiculous amount for a refurbished phone.
