I have posted several complaints regarding the blocking of my phone (084 2138110) due to an arrears situation which arose following the termination of a contract and conversion thereof to prepaid which was initiated by Cell C. Despite having provided my email address and current phone number I have still not been contacted. However I am going to persist in pursuing the matter until such time as I am given a stisfactory explanation.
