Bad service and dishonesty

I bought my blackberry handset with MTN December 2011 and they advised that it came with a 2 year warranty. It worked fine until mid year 2012 and it gave me a Java error, I then took it to cresta and 2 weeks later they gave me a refurbished phone saying that blackberry's come with a manufacture faulty and don't get repaired you always get a replacement. I took the refurbished phone and within 6 moths its started freezing, I took it back to MTN and they issues me with another refurbished phone early this year. Now the latest refurbished phone i faulty and the centre button doesn't work, I took it to MTN CRESTA again and they checked everything and booked it in for repairs. 2 weeks later they call me to come collect my phone and when I go they advised that technician Mmuso Moseje could fix it as it is water damage, Sandile Ngwenya the consultant check and said the is not water damage indicated on the handset. It within 6 months of receiving yet another handset from MTN. Am not happy with their service and request my original phone back or to honour their agreement regarding the 2 year warranty.
