Got a contract phone with MTN november 2011 and signed with their insurance, 2012 my phone gave me problems and i called the insurance. they did a claim on the phone, came to collect the phone leaving me with the loan phone for bout a week or so, when they brought my phone back it was a refurbished phone and i called to complain and was told that the phone was under warranty so they took it to MTN who gave them the refurbished phone. the mtnsp insurance told me that since the phone was still under warranty the procedure is to take it to MTN to fix it and if it cant be fixed then they'll replace it which is why i got the refurbished phone. it wasn't long till the phone gave me a problem and they did the same, needless to say am now on my forth refurbished phone from MTN and its not working as ussual. i've complained until i was purple on my face and it falls on to death ears. My company also has a big contract with MTN and amongst all the phones we've purchased with MTN is 2 Z10's, one of them went off 3 weeks ago and when taken in for repairs we were told its still under warranty therefore it'll be replaced with a new one and now they're telling us bout refurbised phones.
