I renewed my MTN Contract just over 6 months ago, I took the blackberry Z10, I used just over 6 months and I it went faulty, I took it to MTN Pavilion, they took forever just to find out that they couldn't fix it, they replaced it with a refurbished phone, I made a big fuss but the manager said it was company policy, I accepted it and then one week later the new (refurbished) phone gave me a problem again, I then took it to MTN Repair Centre RiverHorse Valley, they had a look at it, said it was faulty and replaced it, after a few days later same thing occurred again, I took back again, they had a look and said software problems, they did a software upgrade and gave it back to me, after a fews days, the problem starts again, I've given it back this morning and still waiting for a response, is this how MTN works by taking your new phone and giving second hand phones that is not working at all, this is really frustrating
