Still pathetic Cell C

I handed my Apple phone in on the 24/9. (job clc 965494) Came back on Friday 11/11. Went in to pickup the phone and nothing was done! Took the phone back to the Store and hand it in again. On Saterday, Ruth phoned me from Cell C to apologise and said being a weekend she will follow up on Monday. Monday she phoned me to asked me if I handed in the phone at the Store. (which was confirmed on Saterday) I confirmed and she said she will phone me back and try to speed up the prosess. Today is Thursday, I'm still waiting for Ruth to phone back, and my phone is still at the Store!!! And, according to the Store, I will wait AGAIN for 3 to 4 weeks! This is just not on! Cell C, your service is pathetic to say the least
