I have handed in my Blackberry 9780 on 14th February 2013 at the Cell C store in Centurion Mall. The screen of my phone just died. I took it into the store to send in for repairs. I was then also told to fill in an accident report form to speed up the process. I was promised that it would take between 7-21 working days for my phone to be repaired & handed back to me. It is today Thursday, 18th April (more than 21 working days) & I still have not received my phone back. This is absolutely ridiculous & poorly service!!! I have even phoned the recovery / repair department myself & C-cover to find out what the update is on my phone is. How pathetic!!! Then two days later C-cover told me they have now received the incident form this was after I phoned the store & complaint about them not handing in my incident form. C-cover then told me that they will repair my phone & that I should receiv
