Dear Vodacom and Lomarie, my previous concern refers https:///vodacom/complaints/sort-out-the-account-1181117 you promised me that my account will be sorted and that my billing will be corrected in the form of a month to month comparison. Why was this not done. I upgraded in August but am still on the same contract before my upgrade. You always blame your systems but I think this can only be incompetence as systems are operated by individuals. Kindly sort out my account immediately.
