I since lodged a complaint with Ruth Sedikane who was to arrange collection of my phone for Quality Assurance before sending me my requested phone, A whte BLACKBERRY 9900. Ruth confirmed that the wrong phone that was initially delivered to me will be collected and called me on thursday night that I will have a my new phone on Friday afternoon. No communication, no excuses, no apologies have I since received from Ruth with regards to this matter-- by the way, I still have not received the phone as promised. They you have to ask, does CellC deserve my business. Is this how things are going to be for the next 24 months???
