Sim Swap Need Urgently

I lost my bag yesterday afternoon in a taxi and my cellphone was inside, I finally got the chance today to buy a MTN Sim card in order to do a sim swap. I called the call center this evening to do a sim swap and the agents were very unhelpful. After my third call trying to resolve my problem, Pomza the agent that answered said that " We have already tried to help you have a good day" then hung up on me.
Can someone from MTN please assist me in resolving this urgently, as all the important sms's, including debit orders and bank notification are registered on that number.
