Poor customer service

I have 7 contracts with Cell C and have been a loyal customer for several years. Recently I upgrade my contract and opted for an Apple iPhone 5. My phone can not ring, only vibrate. i handed the phone in at the Fourways Apple store and they confirmed that something is wrong with the ringer of the phone and sent me back to Fourways Cell C as they held the warrantee. Fourways cell C has no spare phone for me to use whilst my phone is sent in for repairs!!! I phoned the owner of the store and I am still waiting for her to return my call!!! - 5 days later!!! I then phoned Cel C customer service and stated my case, I run my business from my phone that does not ring!!! I made several calls back and pleaded with them to simply assist me!!! 4 days later, no response at all!!!

I never miss any payments and have 7 contracts, no wonder Cel C are still battling to grow their SA market Share.

Shocking service! what do I do now???
