PATHETIC SERVICE, REALLY

I was contated by Ruth on the 16/04/2013 regarding my previous Hellopeter report.
My phone was sent in for repair on the 12/03/2013 to Picbel branch. Since then i have been in contact with Cell C on three occasions:
Chanelle 09/04/2013 "Your phone was sent to Picbel branch and i will contact the store manager to send it to Grand Parade as Picbel closed" She said that she is unable to confirm whether the phone has been repaired as all the paperwork went with the phone and i should follow up on the 11/04/2013
Justin 16/04/2013 "Your phone was sent back to repair centre and we will send it to Grand Central for collection" He said the phone was not repaired because of liquid damage.
Ruth 16/04/2013 " Your phone was not repaired because of liquid damage and your phone has never left the repair centre eversince they got it'
Why wait 35 days to inform me that they are unable to fix my phone because of human damage?
Three people say completely different things which tells me that there is no honesty.
Ruth phoned back, they sending my phone back without fixing it. Really now, after almost 40 days of waiting they not even fixing my phone. "Cell C, The Power is in your hands". Ya right!
