I bought a Lenovo tablet from Incredible Connections in September.
Last week (9 January) it just stopes working - no power, nothing.
I take it back to Incredible Connections who don't know what's wrong but claim it will take 15 working days to repair at Lenovo. I need the tablet... I don't get a new one of course.
On Tuesday 14 January after trying four numbers I get through to Lenovo who "investigate". Their result?
The tablet is still at Incredible Connections! And that was that.
Lousy, indifferent service from Incredile Connections and Lenovo.
They can keep their tablet - I don't want it and in the interim have bought another one - no not Lenovo!
Whenever I get told I am a "valued client" I get the feeling I'm being told to do get lost.
