UPGRADE WENT WRONG

I recently UPGRADED with Elite Mobile and i recall i was very reluctant as i dont like dealing with the subcontractors, i would rather go direct. After numerous calls and persistance from Elite Mobile i upgraded my handset and reconfirmed all terms and condition and fees. I am afraid now my fears came to live as what i was told does not go hand in hand with my billing. Where a consultant advised of only the subscription fee and repeatedly confirmed that no handset fee would be charged. I got my bill from vodacom after 2 months after the upgrade and a handset fee has been added. This is now is a breach of contract i dsigned up for. I am highly dissapointed as i have been a loyal customer for over 5 years. With the cost of living increasing daily we find ourselves becoming victims of these retail stores as well. I will be cancelling all my other 2 mobiles that are now due for UPgrade as i have now lost all trust Vodacom and it's sub contractors
