I applied for a contract for both the MacBook and tablet on the 27 Dec 2013 on the 02.01.14 I received an sms saying congrats your application has been approved. I then went to the store and was told that they are out of stock of the MacBook and do not know when they will get stock a week later they received stock and I was then told they are now out of stock of SIM cards so cannot activate my contract. The next day I was told my contract has been cancelled as there was wrong info only application after submitting my documents again I received an sms on the 13.01.14 that my application was approved again. I went to the store again and I was told that all is in order but they now do not have stock of the tablet that I wanted. I then had to get a more expensive tablet and now they could not load my contract on the system as the credit limit approved was now less than previous limit. I have complained to MTN customer service but have no feedback at all it seems to have fallen on deaf ears. Pleas help anybody
