BEEN DEBITED BUT NO PROGRESS ON CONTRACT 2DAYS

Good day last week i had done an online application for the lenovo a3000 tablet all was processed and approved a lady also had called to let me know that 8ta will debit me and thereafter the contract will be processed and delivery will be arranged I was debited R129 over the weekend and till now the contract order has not been processed and from my understanding and how it was explained to me that once the payment has been made the 2-7 day process begins but it now has been 2 days and the whole order and delivery process has not been started as yet, Please understand that i don't mind that it will take 2-7 days but every day that goes past means that i'm getting less off what i am paying to 8ta eg: R129 for 30 days which is decreasing with every passing day. Please can i have some confirmation that my contract has been processed and if you possibly can deliver Today or tomorrow. REf number for payment: TELKOM8TA TSH201311229003131130 (THATS ON MY STATEMENT)
