I upgraded from pre paid to top up contract and they now tell me that you forfeit any airtime that's currently on your sim. why don't they tell you these things upfront? honestly these people are . if its airtime you have why cant it be transferred to top up. you gonna fill airtime on top up anyway! they are just looking for ways to rob people honestly. don't rob people cellc be fair!!! if I loaded airtime, its mine, why should I forfeit it?
