Its the first in years of using a topup contract i hear of this. I got a call from MTN last year sometime offering 2 cell phones and airtime.
I have been using one number and the other was lost and i could not do a sim swap as i was told this and that. Eventually i got my cell number and the airtime was still being loaded. When i got the sim card i had a balance of R600 and was expecting another R100 for the new month. To my surprise MTN tell me that i am not allowed to have airtime more that R600 "apparently they forfeit or don't top up your account". I requested the agent to refer me to those terms and conditions as on the document i have signed there is nothing stating that. I was put on hold for 30 minutes and disconnected.
I would like to have my airtime loaded as end of the month when you take money its there and how i use my airtime has nothing to do with you as long as you get your money at the end of the day. I want my airtime...
SHOCKED and DISAPPOINTED...
