I took out a Cell C contract where I pay R269 for 200 minutes, 200 sms and 200MGB data in Dec 2013. On the 22nd Dec I bought R50 airtime. My airtime has gradually gone lower and lower without me doing anything. This morning I saw I have R5 airtime on my phone and dont know where my airtime has gone to. I called the call centre and the agent told me I bought Data from my airtime. He can clearly see I've got data, so why should I buy or need Data? I havent downloaded anything yet. Accoring to him I bought Data from all my airtime. He wasnt very helpful at all and made as if its my fault my airtime has gone missing. Is there any way I can find out what happend to my airtime as I dont even know how to transfer data. I have this phone less than a month and certainly did not dial whateva he said I dialled.
