I upgrade from 350 to 750 on the 25.7.2013. This upgrade was not reflected on my July, August and September account and after reporting this 3 times it was only sorted out now and appeared on my October account. After it was upgraded, the sales lady did say it will be backdated to I receive a refund for the calls I made during the last 3 month period as it was MTN that messed up.
But instead of a refund, I was blasted with a massive bill this month that included my new tariff and the cost incurred for last month.
Please can MTN investigate my issue and get back to me as soon as possible as the charges are ridiculous.
