Airtime Vanishing

I have recently migrated from one package to another with Cell C since my contract was due for an upgrade. To my suprice now, I havent even finished using my free minutes but current usage is going up everyday, when I contacted cellc I am told that I subscribed to Opera Interactive they are the ones that are taking my airtime and apparantly this has being going on even before the upgrade. After explaining that i dont those people, I was given their number to call them, I called and their explanation was that they remove me from their database, but to my surprise my current usage is still going up which can only mean one thing. I am hoping Cell C will sort out this problem since I am their client and they cannot be allowing people to be deducting airtime from my phone and at the end I am the one who is gonna be responsible for the bill. If i had subscribed to that company I will understand, but I didnt. Please assist...
