Cell c's poor service

Cy Contract with Cell C has ended today and my Contract was on a Top-up 200. My Contract airtime is R235 a month comes to me on the 15th of every month, and i currently have a blackberry 9300 curve. I am very disappointed with Cell C because I have loaded my bis on the 17th of july 2013, as I receive my airtime on the 15th. Cell C has deactivated my bis today (31st july 2013) itself which doesnt make any sense because the airtime came with my contract and i have used it before the last day of this month, what i do with my airtime is my business so I dont understand why Cell C had to cut my bis. I've paid my Contract completely with Cell C and as a valued customer Cell C says they cant compensate me back with bis because I have bought and paid R57 for a 30 day plan of bis and now they tell me I have to buy airtime again and refill another R57 airtime which doesnt make sense since I've already bought my bis on the 17th & I only had 14 days to use my bis that I've paid for a 30 day plan. So I have come to hello peter for some help with this matter.
