I have a contract with cellc, airtime is preloaded on my account monthly. But for some reason I am not allowed to use my airtime to do cell phone banking. Was told that i must first add more airtime to my account before i can use it. WHY?? My pre loaded airtime is mine. Why must i buy more airtime to access cell phone banking?
