My Cell Phone was not repaired

I took a Black Berry 9810 in for repairs in October 2012 I was then handed a refurbish unite, a few days later I went back as the phone also had problems. To my surprise I was then told that the unite they gave me was black listed. After hours of waiting for them trying to sort out the matter because they could not help me until the phone was cleared. After phone calls to supervisors and managers they ended up given me another unite late that night Here come my frustrations this time almost a year later. I went in to the repair center 09 October 2013 as my phone fell and the screen cracked, the system was off line and they booked it is manually. Friday I went back and the system was still off line, they counter agent apologies because the phone is still not booked in after 3days. She said that the phone was send to Midrand, she made calls and 10 minutes later told me the phone is still with them. She sent me to Midrand to collect a new unite they told me the phone was never booked out in 2012 and cannot help me after 4 hours of wait Mtn sent me home with my phone not repair because they are unable to book it in @ Midrand, I am now forst to use the phone as is, thanks to Mtn.
