30/09/2012 R/newed my contract & upgraded to Iphone4s Between Oct & Nov booked phone for repairs for the earpiece, no phone for 21 days.16/12/2012 booked in same problem.12/01/2013 Received back, no phone for 27 days. 02/04/2013 booked 4 heating. 24/04/2013 Replaced with a refurbished unit, no phone for 22 days.03/05/2013 booked in for heating. 2, 2 weeks after enquiring, discovered not booked in yet as it was not a Cell C unit. 22/05/2013 Reginald from C/Walk offered me a loan phone. On collection Reginald was not available & was told by Gawie, this was a replacement. Inspecting the phone screen was cracked. Store Mnger said phone was now a loan phone.11/06/2013 received refurbished phone (39 days) 18/06/2013 back to Cell C phone cannot connect to Wi Fi. Told book in again! Demanded no for H/Office. Number of calls, passed from one person to another, spoke to Tanya Joubert (Franchise A/Mang) told me to book phone in or travel to the N/ Suburbs repair site. Been subjected to conflict of sim swop fees, not able to fully utilize contract, no access to emailing, internet, Wi Fi. Reload information from one phone to another even losing some info Service unacceptable need a new phone!
