Terrible service provided by 8ta

Ought phone 4rm 8ta a year ago. In Dec 2012 da phne had a problem with the lcd &I had 2 send it 4 repairs. I was told it wuld take max 3weeks 4 da phone 2be repaired. The phone was booked in on the 27th Dec 2012. After many calls to the call centre and countless visits to the store, no one was able 2help. It took over a month 2repair my phone. In Feb I received an SMS saying that my phone would be ready for collection. @store the consultant helping us couldn't find m phone eventually they realised that they had given my phone to someone else. I was told that the phone was replaced with a new one. Which doesnt make sense as they took over a month to "REPAIR"my phone. I had no other choice bt 2take da phne. I realised that the keypad does not work properly. Also the screen goes black and only comes back on after a couple minutes. As far as I know if it was a new phone I wouldn't be experiencing these problems. I sent in a complaint not to long ago however I haven't yet received any help from. I'd really appreciate it u could help me
