Good day i have done a upgrade with cell c in July 2013, from a blackberry to a samsung.
and the process has been pathetic endless problems, this is my third complaint to cell c,
why have i still been billed for blackberry internet service when i have been prompted to upgrade, why would you be charging me for a service that i am not using. i spoke to abipee rajballi today at the call centre and she said that she will get back within 24-48hours about reimbursing my money. with experience this means a month later, can i please request that someone calls me once this resolved i have over 2gigs data for blackberry that i cant use thank u very much for nothing!
