Vodacare Westgate has no care for customer service my phone was booked in their 5 days ago for repair IMEI: 357606043669921 I phoned today 17/04/2013 to check the status of the repair only to be told that the phone hasn't even been booked in cause it is apparently black listed, So I phone Vodacoms black listing department who tell me the phone was never black listed and I must phone the store and tell them which is what I do then the lady at the store comes back to me and says she will resolve the issue and call me back 2 hours later I am still waiting I run 4 business's off this handset and cannot afford to have it out of commission but clearly Vodacom does not care as they could not even phone to advise that the handset was not booked in this I find unacceptable and very unproffessional.
