Incompetence in transferring services

In mid September 2013 I called on Vincent Park Branch EL and explained that our EL home had been sold. I confirmed that with effect from 1 October 2013, the new owners wanted to retain the line and would take out their own package, while we wanted a new line in Hout Bay and transfer of our existing package. Two forms were completed and handed in. On arrival in Hout Bay, Telkom said they had no record of our request. Another telephonic request was done. I was advised by the new owners that they were having difficulties with the EL application as well. Many hours of querying later, we now have our line in Hout Bay, but I am still being billed for the EL line. I have raised another query (reference no. 27068767) with Tekom and still await resolution. I have requested the new owners to settle the October/Nov account for the EL line.
