Hi I took out a contract with your branch in New Redruth Village Alberton. First I was told that the Sony Xperia M is waterproof which it is not. They forgot to RICA my number I had to go back the next day then I couldn't download and my APN settings was not activated after the one sales lady said she did it after waiting another 24hours my settings still wasn't activated. I had to then phone 808 to have them manually activated... this is ridiculously upsetting service.
