STILL WAITING ON SIM CARD TO BE ACTIVATED AFTER

On the 13th May I took out an additional contract as a gift to my mother-in law and was told by the agent to call in once the phone is received to activate the sim card (as i did a port). Received the phone and sim on the 15th May and called in to have it activated (only to have the call cut about 4 times). I was told to wait 2 - 72 hrs for activation to take place. On the 17th May, the sim was still not activated and i called again (calls cut AGAIN) and was advised the same thing... wait a further 2-72 hrs. It is the 21st today and it is still not activated!!!

Please make sure you have this sim activated immediatley! this is my 3rd contract and 1 of them is due an upgrade now, please note, I will not be upgrading but cancelling instead.

PLEASE SORT THIS OUT ASAP and have her number ported and activated!!!
