SERVICE ON UPGRADE CONTRACT

I upgraded my cellphone contract last Wednesday eve. I chose a Sony Xperia V cellphone. Igshaan set the phone up with the usual settings to enable it to work. He is normally very helpful friendly & reliable. I have been to his store most of the time with my upgrades. However, by the follow afternoon I was still struggling to download "whatsapp", which is important as everyone I know is on there and I didn't have BBM anymore. After trying numerous times to get hold of the store, he said that he thinks its an android problem, as other users also couldn't download the prog. I explained to him that I tried to download various other things as well & that it wasn't working He still said to remain patient and it would come right. He also mentioned again that the phone I chose was "top of the range"etc. So I left it. On Fri, pm I went to the store again, he however kept saying it was an android problem & that he could'nt change my handset - although this is still in the 7 day exch period. I was not impressed & at the same time couldn't believe his attitude. This is not the service expected from MTN, I eventually managed to sort my phone out via Sony's Helpline, which is not on!!!
