Cell C's contract phone problems

On the 31 st of May 2013 I took out a contract at Cell C Key West branch. It was a Straight up 50 contract. They gave me the contract to sign and everything looked in order. I went home and quickly the sim was activated and my number was sim swaped. But then the problems started. I couldn't download things from my blackberry app world because they couldn't get access to my airtime. Two days past and I went to Cell C Village Square branch and the lady told me that my contract was a closed contarct. Thus we went back to Key West branch and they said it was their mistake. They would fix it. The next day they called and said they couldn't fix it in due time. We said that that either they fix it the next day or they take the phone back. They said we should bring it back. But we must pay R2000 cancellation fee but they will repay us? Doesn't sound quite right. At Village Square they said they can fix it, but it was the same. The never fixed it and for the 3 days I had the phone I now had to pay R150. Although I haven't even used so much airtime. And then the deleted my number. It doesn't exist anymore. Very dissapointed in Cell C.
