I recently phoned to find out what was wrong with my wifi settings a lady there told me that for the third time she will send me the settings and I must wait 24 hours for it to be activated. I phoned back and told them that I wasn't happy with the service and I felt they made no effort to help me. The lady then told me that I can report them to hello peter that it's not her problem if the others couldn't help me and that I shouldn't complain to her about the service. I found this rude and unhospitable and I definitely wouldn't recommend vodacom to anyone, the service centre assistants are rude and not helpfull at all, I am very dissapointed.
