New contract - still not activated!!!

Hi

On the 18th June I took out a new contract and this was done at the Gate way MTN store. Waseem Hoosen was the person I spoke to and did the contract for me. I picked up the phone on the 21st June and was told that it will take 2 to 4 hours to be activated. I was without a phone and had to leave for JHB on the 21st June. I then reached JHB and the phone was not activated, so I then went to the MTN store in Woodmead and spoke to a lady name Connie on the 22nd June, she then checked and said that my contract was not rica'd. So she did it for me, about 30mins later she said that the number was not activated and she sent a request to have it activated, this will take 2 to 24 hours. It's now very frustrating as I am in JHB and have no phone to use for my business. I had to go buy a prepaid phone to conduct business. MTN you need to sort out my contract a.s.a.p. Kindly contact me!!! What has happened to the service you provide MTN!!!
