In December 2012 i opened a new contract but did not receive the simcard for the contract from Nashua Wonderpark. I went there 3 times in December 2012 but the person that was suppose to give me the simcard was never available. From December 2012 up to August 2013 the normal amount of R299 went through my account. In September 2013 suddenly an amount of R164.33 for airtime on the simcard went through my account. I queried it and they said they will come back to me. In October 2013 an amount of R754.69 for the simcard went through my account and i started to investigate why is there suddenly the 2 months an amount for airtime on my account. I phoned some of the numbers and got to people i dont know. From 15 October 2013 i have contacted Nashua Wonderpark on several occations and visited them 2 times. I also followed up regularly with emails but nobody come back with an answer.
