I took a blackberry 9900 bold contract at vodacom as this is not my first contract or phone purchased from them i have this phone for - 6 months my charging pin broke and i sent it in for repairs the report comes back that i have to pay R4300 for it and i must still pay my contract of R359 for the next year and a half still for big company to treat a client this i would never recommend any one to purchase a phone from this company they tell me its miss use a charging pin is something one insert in and out once or twice a day it can brake i would understand if the phone had a big fall lcd cracks or fell in the water yes but its my charging block i am very upset about the way this company treats a client i would do my bst evry body know what Vodacom does to people and have them think twice to perchase a phone at VODACOM.
