POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND BROKEN CELL PHONE

WENT INTO VODACOM REPAIR SHOP IN CANAL WALK, MY PHONE IS ON CONTRACT AND THEY WANTED TO CHARGE ME R1881 TO FIX A CHARGING BLOCK. I THEN REJECTED THE QUOTE AS I FELT THAT I MIGHT AS WELL BUY A NEW PHONE. VODACOM IN JHB THEN LOST MY CHARGING BLOCK AND CANAL WALK SAID THEY WOULD REPLACE WHICH THEY DID HOWEVER MY PHONE IS MORE DAMAGED THAN WHAT IT WAS BEFORE. I DON'T SEE WHY I HAVE TO PAY SO MUCH TO FIX A PHONE ON CONTRACT AS I HAVE MY CONTRACT FOR YEARS. WHAT HAPPENED TO LOYALTY FOR THE CUSTOMERS THAT ARE WITH A SUPPLIER SO LONG? MY MOM HAS TAKEN THIS CONTRACT OUT FOR ME YEARS AGO.
