Where do I start, MobiMoola is good at making quick promises and not deliver, I don't know whether it is company culture or just people who are employed there. The most efficient system in this company is for debit order collection so they make sure they milk their clients money as quickly as they can to get profit.
1. This is a follow up complaint. I am still waiting for someone to give me a date of when I am getting my money back. Roslyn Visser, if it possible just to me. ANY form of feedback would be nice
2. I need assurance that MobiMoola will not deduct any money off my account from today going forward, I would not like to continue doing business with you and I hope this is CLEAR. Tell ALL you departments in case you don't even communicate within your company... start now. CONFIRM, CONFIRM PLEASE. I will not assume that you got the message and that you will stop, half of your bad hello peter reports are of people you terrorize every month
3. Don't ask for my details again please, i have complained enough for you to have them, I also specify them on my reports here on Hello Peter.
4. Don't try and retain me as a client
